Feature: nextflow workflow

Hello, thanks for this very useful tool!

I wrote a workflow in Nextflow for running it in an automated manner, I'm guessing a number of other people have too.
Would you like me to PR mine in so that future users can run OligoMiner in an automated + distributed way more easily?

(e.g. as input you can specify a BED of regions and each will be run through the steps in your README)

No worries if not, just sending in the idea.
