Private Election page is confusing and security threat. #398

This page UI can be very confusing to a new voter.

ex: https://vote.heliosvoting.org/helios/elections/0ea88a51-7e4a-4cd2-9ff0-b18df4fc8f80/password_voter_login

The "VoterID", and "password" fields are not described.

It could entice someone to enter their third party OAuth creds (like github/google) into your website.
Which should not ever be done.

Please add a remark that the Voting ID and password is not the same as third party OAuth login.
