FloatingRoomInfo is offset from the bottom

Describe the bug
FloatingRoomInfo is 60px away from the bottom of the page when the page width is between 800px and 1265px. It seems like it's trying to be above the bottom navigation bar, but it only appears there when the page is smaller than 800px.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Join a room
2. Go to the home page
3. Resize the page to between 800px and 1265px
4. Look at the page

Expected behavior
The FloatingRoomInfo will be stuck to the bottom of the page.
