Help me to config litestream for my app

Hi, everyone.
I am working on a data sync desktop app. The app will sync end-user's sqlite database. So I would like to use litestream that end user saves their sqlite databases. In this app, users sync their database to the back-end or cloud storage and restore and backup their database from back-end like git.
Can i make that system using litestream? if yes, where can i start? I would like to look for some examples for main features.
