Postgres proxy/adapter/protocol to litestream

Hi I am tried to search and wasnt able to find, but I am sure should some products exists to provide ability to provide litestream instead of actual postgresql. Like any proxy or adapter that transpose calls to litestream.
So some simple projects which do not need high load can be easily made ha.
I am mostly interested in authentik making ha for my homelab. And dont want to setup patroni cluster.
