Make the following improvements:

Highlight node and its adjacent nodes and edges on hover
Highlight edge and its head and tail nodes on hover
Make hover popup style compliant with other popups style in the application.
Make graph layout more tree-like with shortest-path edges from the mother file playing more role than other edges.
Navigate to the comparison page on edge click.
