- Change the term “tarea” instead "trabajo" to make translations more consistent. - Use the most appropriate translation for terms such as performance, batch, etc.

Hi Ben, congratulations for the great job you do with good job.
It is my first contribution to open source and I wanted to do it in one of the gems I use the most, I leave you a couple of fixes to the translations that in my opinion improve readability and consistency in Spanish.
