Currently every file processed gets a log output. Need to add a csv output of stats for all samples in a run with column suggested below:
sample_name, input_reads, removed_human, removed_at_distance, removed_outliers, cleaned_reads, final_ambig_bases, cov_mean, cov_max, cov_min
