Scaling the icons

If the icon is too small or too big, to scale it with Inkscape is better to disable border scaling, so it doesn't get stretched.

By default all icons are 16x16px with a scale of 1.0

By default the icons has a line thickness of 1px, it's ok for some icons but not for others (too thin), when needed scale them to a higher value.
