Port stylesheet to cdn

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, the stylesheet is loaded from the index file, but everytime the style needs to be updated, a new update needs to be pushed and published which makes it difficult to maintain the app.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to move the stylesheet/inline style which is injected, to a cdn, which is loaded to the extension via a ajax request.
