Hi @antonkulaga, thanks for posting this! I have been swamped this semester with other obligations, so sorry about the lack of documentation. In our preliminary testing, Cannoli was faster when you use it to distribute BedTools, so I recommend that you start there if you want a distributed BedTools tool. It will be a month or so before I can get back to this repo, but the Cannoli repo is much more active than this. Thanks again!
