This can be implemented using preston dwc-stream #148 in combination with a DwC corpus and some scripting .

For example:

preston dwc-stream --remote https://deeplinker.bio \
| (scripting to select records with only institutionCode,collectionCode/CatalogNumber but not occurrenceId )
