Build like this:
$ make build
$ make push # perhaps `docker login` first
for MAJOR.MINOR.PATCH:
- bump MAJOR for distro updates
- bump MINOR for new packages in same distro
- bump PATCH for updates to packages within MAJOR.MINOR
