merge table is too responsive when dealing with large files #77

Trying to merge multiple files, but when large each change in the merge widget has to be applied before I can make another change. So I have to wait 10-20 sec for each change.

should have the option to not auto-commit.

This is a valid issue for Orange and has already been opened there.
