Describe the bug
Quantiles not always correctly plotted.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
File (iris) - Box Plot.

Orange version:
3.23.dev

Expected behavior
Iris setosas report on quantile values just like virginicas and versicolors.

Actual behavior
One of the quantiles not plotted. The 0.3 value is misplaced (not under quantile). There is no box.
