Build does not produce a binary if Lyx or install4j is not runnable or installed. #16

On Centos 6.6 (for example) Lyx is on a different version to the reference and install4j may not be installed. The Build fails and does not produce an executable.

  • Re-organise build.xml so that if these tools fail, it still produces the executable.
  • Maybe migrate to fpm?
