Subject: [PATCH] cmake: Do not modify build types when integrating by
 downstream project

The `CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE` and `CMAKE_CONFIGURATION_TYPES` variables must be
managed by the downstream project.

Suggesting to review with `git diff -w`.
