More friendly API to find liquidity pools with one asset

User Story

As an API user I'd like to have a more friendly API to query for liquidity pools with one asset in the pool. The current API set (with get_liquidity_pool_by_asset_a and get_liquidity_pool_by_asset_b) is confusing.
