Installation and configuration with HTTP proxy

Currently there's no mention of how to install Bitwarden in environment that requires HTTP proxy for any outbound connectivity to Internet. It would be great to at least mention following:

A list of URLs needed by the installation so that the ACL may be set up on the proxy beforehand.

In installation at least pointers to configuration parameters needed:

• Docker client configuration (have to be done before running script)
• Linux environment variables for bitwarden.sh - http_proxy/https_proxy

After-installation configuration steps - thanks to existing GH issues in bitwarden/server I found out the need to put "identity" into NO_PROXY configuration.
