Currently there's no mention of how to install Bitwarden in environment that requires HTTP proxy for any outbound connectivity to Internet. It would be great to at least mention following:
A list of URLs needed by the installation so that the ACL may be set up on the proxy beforehand.
In installation at least pointers to configuration parameters needed:
Docker client configuration (have to be done before running script)
Linux environment variables for bitwarden.sh - http_proxy/https_proxy
After-installation configuration steps - thanks to existing GH issues in bitwarden/server I found out the need to put "identity" into NO_PROXY configuration.
