This repository contains the supplementary materials for the publication "FossilSim: an R package for simulating fossil occurrence data under mechanistic models of preservation and recovery".
The files are as follows:
- figures_code.R contains the code used to create the figures
- paleotree_validation.R contains the code used to compare the simulation outputs of paleotree and FossilSim
- paleotree_validation.RData contains the simulation data created by paleotree_validation.R and used in the manuscript
