Multiple Birdseye instances / views / restreams

Describe what you are trying to accomplish and why in non technical terms
I want to be able to combine certan cameras into "birdseye" like views where the camreas are tiled together.
this would be usefull for checking zones like

• all basement cameras
• all first floor cameras
• all exterior camers
  this would allow restream of these to specific addresses "rtsp://0.0.0.0:8554/birdseye[1-4]"
  I specifically want the restream of the tiled cameras, not just the camera groups

extend frigate to have multiple birdseye instances

Describe alternatives you've considered
this might be able to be done to the raw feeds using ffmepg hstack/vstack filters, but im not sure.

@trbmchs Great feature request. Would be a good one to have for sure.

Seems like this would be a good option to have as part of the camera groups feature. Basically just add a check box for Birdseye and have it generate one for that group.
