Hello there!

System information

OS & Version: Ubuntu 22.04
Hardware:

  • CPU: Intel Xeon-E 2388G - 8c/16t - 3.2 GHz/4.6 GHz
  • RAM: 32 GB ECC 3200 MHz
  • Disk: 2×960 GB SSD NVMe Soft RAID
  • Network bandwidth: 1 Gbps outgoing/incoming

blast-optimism version: sepolia (running in docker)
blast-geth version: sepolia (running in docker)

Issue

The whole synchronization process was performed jerkily and when a node finally synchronized it continued to get blocks in chunks.
I tried playing with p2p parameters and op-node synchronization mode, but it was not successful.

As you can see on the screenshots how the client synchronizes, it happens once every 3.5-4 minutes, which makes the node constantly behind.
What can be a cause of this issue?
