Better error handling about Secure Enclave keys

When I restore an iOS device backup to a new device, ssh hangs because the SE key obviously didn't convey with the rest of the Blink config stored in the backup. Would it be straightforward to throw an error when the config attempts to access / reference a SE key that isn't present? It took a bit of time to diagnose the first time I saw this...
