Static module to cache page once loaded into memory.

Normally the content loads so fast it doesn't really matter. And we don't really want the browser to cache it, because that makes it difficult to update.

However, with IPFS it would be good to remember at least until a full page refresh, so content can be easily redisplayed once loaded.
