Is there a similar delay than it was for neon-pinebook?

Neon is now much faster upon first start, but it was close to netrunner-pinebook before the fix:
blue-systems/neon-pinebook-remix#77

just making sure we dont have something similar blocking startup for some time.

For record, I tested `20180413.1453` netrunner pinebook image and I don't think is affected by same bug or it does have significant delay when starting it on pinebook (both at first startup and after installation).
