[RTSP Source] Error: Bad Status Code 453 (Not Enough Bandwidth)

I am experiencing an issue where I cannot access the live feed, even though my internet speed and network performance appear to be good.

Here are the details:

Despite the fast internet speed and low ping, I am unable to access the live RTSP feed.

the error code you mentioned is never returned by MediaMTX, you are probably communicating directly with the camera. If you still need help, open a bug report and provide server version, server logs and network dumps as mentioned in the instructions, otherwise there's no way to replicate the issue and to provide help.
