The body is unscrollable but designated scrollable elements (either by passing ref or manually setting data-scroll-lock-scrollable) are unscrollable. The same behavior works on mobile Chrome and Safari (iOS 13)

FF version: 68.1.1.
Android version: 10 (QP1A.190711.020)
Phone model: Pixel 2
