router 服务需要等待长链接请求都处理完再被终止 #2

router 和 webui 实例之间建立了一个长连接，服务如果重启，需要等 router 把请求处理完以后再终止。

解决方案是：POD 在收到终止信号以后，过 3 分钟以后再停止，可以修改编排文件的 terminationGracePeriodSeconds
