Setup a poll for 2hrs or less.

Poll expires or author can close
Expiry can be set by author, 2hrs or less
Provision to set title, description, checkbox/radio select options, text input
Make results available for maximum 30mins after poll ends. (duration configurable by author)
Let author decide if results should be public or private
