This is a placeholder epic for collecting service-level requirements for an EVM-compatible digital asset management MVP and design system-level architecture adjustments to meet these needs. This is in anticipate of future development of this MVP.

Specific implementation epics should be propagated to key-mgmt during the appropriate development phase.

Examples include: database replication, load balancing, certificate management guidance for the Service Provider, optimization plan to meet performance reqs.
