Describe the bug
There is too much information in the EF output for the default case, which should be just the EF image, and in the results table EF min, max, median and mean.

Latest commit is looking much better. Couple of further enhancements needed:

Most important results (EF median, mean, max, min) should be in leftmost columns. Performance info (filling %, n. ellipsoids, convergence data) should be in rightmost columns (convergence info are left most atm.)

Output image stacks now have to have each axis calibrated separately - cannot assume same units apply to all axes in IJ2-land

Great.

Do you have a test image to verify that my changes work? The image properties of emu.tif and shrew.tif both look like the screenshot above ('-' as y and z units...) in the first place... although the image information has the correct units (but I think that was there before already)?
