- save cover images to cache when checking author and work for existing records - fixes bookwyrm-social#2760
- we decided to fork it, so this now uses the inaugural RC release of bw-file-resubmit (will need to be adjusted once we're confident it's ok to push a full release) - I was accidentally using the wrong widget lol

As discussed, this uses our own bw-file-resubmit.
It's pinned to an RC release so we will need to update that once we're confident to issue a full release of
bw-file-resubmit.fixes #2760
