divvunspell-libreoffice.ts contains the following line of code:

  languages: [],

The OXT is of course language independent, but we need a way to say that this component is available for all languages. As it is now, it is nearly impossible to find the OXT.

Yes, it is not meant to be "discoverable" without guidance. The text for spellers should be updated to link to it
