On the create tab of the mobile application, hide Create sub forum option if the logged in user is not admin user.

  • Hide the create sub forum option conditionally.

I have implemented related functionality. I have checked the isAdmin flag in the code. Since there is no conflict, I have merged the related PR. Since everyhting seems okay, I am closing this issue right now.
