I think, your description and tasks part are so clear. However, maybe you can change the title of the issue so that it can reflect the summary of the description. Maybe it can be "learning how to write a web page in frontend" etc. This is my recommendation, I know that you will find better issue title.

I have learn basics of html, css and javascript while creating sign up and login pages for our web application. Also I have created new branch, push and commit changes and create a pull request.
