Originally opened as adobe/brackets#4916

Fix for #4904.

If code hints are open, pressing the Tab key closes the hints without committing.

If needed, we can make this a preference once we have a UI for preferences like this.

I never like to have tab key to commit code hints. So thanks for removing, merging now.
