Header and footer not displaying when users are not logged in (Beaver Builder) #139

I am experiencing an issue with the BB Header Footer plugin where headers and footers are not visible unless users are logged in. This issue seems to have arisen after recent changes made by Beaver Builder, as per my experience.

It appears that a security report has indicated that changes made by Beaver Builder may be affecting the functionality of the BB Header Footer plugin. I have found a temporary workaround by opening the 'Header' page in Beaver Builder, and saving the row.

I then selected the ROW, instead of the PAGE, as the selector:

When viewed publicly/logged out (in this example, Safari browser), header and footer doesn't show, when a PAGE is selected as the source.

Once I change the source to a Fl Builder Template (I have created the PAGE, then saved the ROW as a template), the header and footer then show up.

This "fix" was only discovered when troubleshooting. We initially reached out for support as we had no solution to the first sentence.

Hi @jamesflores Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I've rechecked the issue at my end based on the reference video you provided, and it seems to be working as expected for both pages and templates on Safari and other browsers as well. Here. To provide you with more accurate assistance and resolve any potential issues you might be facing, I kindly request that you open a ticket on our support portal.
