hide/disable the header and footer options from themes which no longer work when using this plugin #7

When creating you are using header from bb-header-footer, options from theme no longer work,
for eg. adding logo won't work as it will be added from the page template.

It would be nice if these options are hidden or at least a not is added informing user that this will not work.
