Plugin Not Working with My Theme #54

Hey guys, thanks for providing this plugin. I have a couple issues and could use some help.

The fullwidth template is being constrained in the body area. See example here:
http://www.colorprintdirect.com/ruff-break/test/
The fullwidth no header/footer template still has a margin on all sides. See here:
http://www.colorprintdirect.com/ruff-break/elementor-892/
