idea: the "go" tab, voice control

I really like how simple this app is but it is missing a tab. I am calling this the "go" tab for the lack of a better term but this would add a screen which acts as a workout tracker that allows you to do this (very rough) flow:

• pick and start workout plan
• pick from a list of workout plans
• pick from a list of exercises in this workout plan
• input latest rep record
• repeat to next rep
• repeat to next exercise
• end workout

If you could get this flow working in traditional UI, the next step would be to get this as a voice UI on your wristwatch! I would very much like to run my workout without pulling out my phone.
