Description

With several tabs/windows open right clicking on a highlighted bit of text doesn't open a menu
it is not dependant on tab position. i.e. this tab is #6 of window 2 and it works but one on tab #4 doesn't work.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. open several tabs
  2. highlight some text
  3. right click

Actual result:

nothing on many tabs

Expected result:

menu with copy/rename etc

Reproduces how often:

easy to repoduce

Brave version (brave://version info)

Version 1.10.93 Chromium: 83.0.4103.106 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Version/Channel Information:

Other Additional Information:

  • Does the issue resolve itself when disabling Brave Shields? no
  • Does the issue resolve itself when disabling Brave Rewards? no
  • Is the issue reproducible on the latest version of Chrome? no

Miscellaneous Information:

Clean install, import from a working chromium install
