Yes, I've looked through the following issues:

Description

The screenshare doesn't work. I experienced this first in Google Meet. The other people on the call are just able to see a blank screen but they could see the cursor movement. However, whenever I connect to them on firefox, they are able to see the whole screen.

I've made sure that

  • cookies allowance is set to Cross-site cookies blocked
  • Hangouts extension is enabled

Same is the case on jitsi Meet.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Join a meeting in meet.google.com
  2. Select to present your screen to the call
  3. Ask them if they're seeing just a blank screen

Actual result:

I've recorded a sample session.

This is the Screen Recorded using the default Gnome Recorder on the DESKTOP where the screen is presented:
Screencast from 01-20-2021 12_59_50 PM

This is the Screen Recorded on one my mobile joined the meeting:
21-01-20-12-59-45

Expected result:

Full screen being displayed. Firefox is able to share the screen properly.

Reproduces how often:

Always.
