Deleting an Imported Account Breaks Wallet

Description

Almost like issue #14141, but when deleting an imported wallet, the wallet "breaks" to where in order to use it for any web3 activities, it must be locked and unlocked to regain the ability to use web3. The account is not deleted afterward.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Import an account into the wallet
2. Attempt to delete it via the options menu (three dots) of the account's title bar
3. If a website has a wallet connected, it'll disconnect, but attempting to reconnect the wallet is refused.

Actual result:

The prompt to delete the account is still up, any tabs with the wallet connected will disconnect the wallet, and attempting to reconnect is refused with any account. If any names were given to the accounts, it resets all of them. The account trying to be deleted is not deleted.

Expected result:

The account is deleted and expect to be able to reconnect with a different account (without the need to lock and unlock).
