Description
I'm running Brave on Fedora since a bit more than a week ago. The first 1-2 days I got some ads that got counted. However, since then, I have only received ads that I don't earn any BATs for.
Here's an example of such an ad:
However, when I look at https://sampson.codes/brave/ads/my_region/, there's no ad for BlockFi. So it seems like I'm being served ads that are outside of my region. Here's a PDF copy of that page: Brave Ads in My Region.pdf. As you can see, BlockFi isn't present.
Furthermore, even though there are several new tab page ads on https://sampson.codes/brave/ads/my_region/, I only receive ads for BlockFi. It would at least have been good if the ads were randomized and I would from time to time receive an ad that I got BATs for. But as it is now, I never earn anything because Brave is stuck with serving me ads for BlockFi.
Looking at brave://rewards-internals/, on its logs page, it prints:
What is it that controls from what region I receive ads for? Perhaps it's mistakenly showing me US ads because my operating system and browser are in English, even though I'm in Sweden? Or is it correctly showing me ads for my region, but failing to credit BATs to me for it?
