We launched the font whitelisting feature on Mac and Windows only. We should add Android support. AOSP has a list of preinstalled fonts (some region-specific, lots of Noto fonts) and recognized aliases.

Labelling as QA/No after discussing with @pes10k & @pilgrim-brave. @srirambv attempted to verify the above several times but couldn't figure out how it install custom fonts on Android as the fonts weren't being recognised by Android. If we find a way to verify the above, we'll change it back to QA/Yes for the time being, we'll leave the above as QA/No.
