Reading List used to be available from the far right side of Bookmarks toolbar. Current Nightly plans has the Reading List only accessible from the Side Panel which has been rebranded as Sidebar by Brave.
This awful UX change forces users to use the sidebar to access the reading list.

Solution: restore Reading List access from the Bookmarks toolbar.
