Description

User is unable to "delete" entries in Sites that can always use cookies brave://settings/cookies

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to website (gemini.com) & turn off shields for this domain
  2. navigate to brave://settings/cookies
  3. try to delete the entry for gemini.com

Actual result:

Unable to delete entry in Sites that can always use cookies unless you navigate to domain and turn on shields.

Expected result:

Be able to delete any entry in Sites that can always use cookies.

Reproduces how often:

Easy

Brave version (brave://version info)

1.43.89 Chromium: 105.0.5195.102 (Official Build) (arm64)
1.44.83 Chromium: 105.0.5195.102 (Official Build) beta (arm64)

Version/Channel Information:

Repro in Release and Beta on MacOS

Other Additional Information:

  • Does the issue resolve itself when disabling Brave Shields?
    Turning on Shields resolves this issue
