3. Its different on different theme

That's really strange, that's what I see:

I just checked a code and we use that for the link message color/brave_link https://github.com/brave/brave-core/blob/master/android/java/res/layout/fragment_dapps_message.xml#L38. And colors are:

• https://www.colorbook.io/hexcolors/view/4c54d2 for a light mode https://github.com/brave/brave-core/blob/master/android/java/res/values/brave_colors.xml#L12
• https://www.colorbook.io/hexcolors/view/A0A5EB for a dark mode https://github.com/brave/brave-core/blob/master/android/java/res/values-night/brave_colors.xml#L18

Could you replicate that consistenly @srirambv ?
