Description

Activity tab doesn't auto-update the transaction state

Steps to Reproduce

1. Submit a transaction
2. Switch to Activity tab
3. Transaction stays at submitted even when transaction is confirmed
4. Reloading the page fixes it

Actual result:

Activity tab doesn't auto-update the transaction state

Expected result:

Transaction state should auto-update
