Browser crashes when zooming out on Google maps using mouse scroll button

Steps to Reproduce

1. Upgrade to 0.54.3 build
2. Open maps.google.com in a new tab
3. Click on your location button and click allow in notification bubble
4. Click on your location button again and zoom out using mouse scroll button, after a couple of scroll browser crashes

Actual result:

Went through verification using the following build under macOS 10.13.6 x64 - PASSED

Brave	0.55.5 Chromium: 70.0.3538.16 (Official Build) dev (64-bit)
Revision	16ed95b41bb05e565b11fb66ac33c660b721f778-refs/branch-heads/3538@{#306}

Also updated 0.54.3 Chromium: 70.0.3528.4 --> 0.55.6 Chromium: 70.0.3538.16 and ensured that zooming didn't break after upgrading. Zoomed in as close and as far as possible.
